Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
You must notify us of any appointment cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled visit to avoid penalty fees. There is a $50.00 fee for failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment.
